Food Return Policy

We are committed to the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the goods we offer—food products—returns are only possible if the following conditions are met:

When can you return a product?

Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, the consumer has the right to return or exchange it only in the following cases:

  1. The wrong product was delivered – if you received an item different from the one you ordered.
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect – if there is visible damage to the packaging or the product itself that occurred prior to delivery.
  3. The product's expiration date has passed – if, upon receipt, you find that the expiration date has passed.

Important: When can a product NOT be returned?

According to Article 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act, Food items cannot be returned, if:

  • The package has been opened – For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose original packaging has been tampered with.

  • There are signs of use – Products that have been partially or fully consumed cannot be returned.

  • The product was stored improperly – if you have not followed the recommended storage conditions.

Return Procedure

If the product meets the return criteria, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us Contact us using the information provided (phone or email) and describe the reason for the return.

  2. Send the product to the address we provided; it must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.

  3. Review and Approval – Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or denied.

  4. Refund – If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was on our part (wrong item, defective product, or expired product).

  • When exchanging a product, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the new shipment.
