Shipping Information
Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for orders Over 80 € to an address or office in Bulgaria and for orders Over €150 for international shipping to the listed countries. The threshold is determined based on the value of the products after deducting any applicable discounts.
For orders below the applicable threshold, the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipment details. The exact amount is displayed upon completion of the order, before payment.
Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier after they are confirmed. The estimated delivery times for international shipments after dispatch are listed below.
Delivery in Hot Weather (Summer Surcharge for Insulated Packaging and Ice)
When temperatures are high, we ship the chocolates in insulated packaging with ice packs. A fee is charged for the packaging of 1.50 € for chocolate, except for Crunch Jars.
Please pick up the package as soon as it arrives – Keep an eye on the SMS and email notifications from the courier and make sure someone is at the address on the day of delivery.
International Shipping
We ship to select countries in Europe via Speedy CEE Economy и DPD Economy. The available countries and the shipping service for each are listed below. If your country is not on the list, we are currently unable to accept orders for delivery to that country.
Speedy CEE Economy – approximately 2–5 business days: Romania, Greece, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Cyprus: up to 10 business days.
DPD Economy – Estimated delivery times by country:

The deadlines are Estimated delivery times after the shipment has been handed over to the courier. These do not include the time required to process and prepare the order, the day the order is picked up by the courier, weekends, and public holidays. For some islands and remote areas, delivery may take longer or be subject to restrictions.
The shipping cost is calculated based on the country and the order details and is displayed upon completion of the order, before payment.
Upon receipt of the shipment
We recommend that you inspect your package upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the product, please note it to the delivery person if possible and take photos.
If you notice a problem after receiving your order, please contact us at contact@epiccheat.net, by providing the order number and attaching photos. We will review the situation and offer you a solution.
Order Status Tracking
After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking information.
You can check the status of your order in the „My Account” > „Orders“ section of the online store.
You can find out where your items are during shipping by using the courier company's tracking system.
Terms of Delivery
For orders within Bulgaria, we use the Speedy and Econt shipping methods available at checkout. For international orders, we use the service listed for the respective country in the „International Shipping“ section. The available shipping methods and their prices are displayed when you complete your order.
The delivery time for a package from an office or pickup location is determined by the respective courier. Keep an eye on the notifications for the specific delivery time of your package.
Holidays
The delivery times listed are in business days. The day the package is handed over to the courier, weekends, and official holidays are not included in the estimated delivery time.
Payment Methods
All prices and payments in the store are in euros.
- For international orders: Online payment by credit card via Stripe. We do not offer cash on delivery for international orders.
- For orders in Bulgaria: Upon completion of the order, the payment methods available for the selected shipping method are displayed, including online card payment and cash on delivery, where applicable.
