Shipping Fees

Shipping is free for orders Over 80 € to an address or office in Bulgaria and for orders Over €150 to countries where we offer international shipping. The threshold is determined based on the value of the products after deducting any applicable discounts.

For orders below the applicable threshold, the shipping cost depends on the destination and the shipment details. The exact amount is displayed upon completion of the order, before payment.

When temperatures are high, we ship the chocolates in insulated packaging with ice packs. There is a packaging fee of €1.50 per chocolate, except for Crunch Jars.

We ship to select countries in Europe via Speedy CEE Economy and DPD Economy. The countries, the service available for each one, and the estimated delivery times are listed on the page „Shipping and Payment“. International shipping times are calculated from the moment the package is handed over to the courier and do not include production and preparation time.

Upon receipt of the shipment

We recommend that you inspect the package upon receipt. If you notice damaged packaging or a damaged product, please report the issue to the delivery person if possible and take photos.

If you notice a problem after receiving your order, please contact us at contact@epiccheat.net, providing the order number and attaching photos. We will review the case and offer a solution.

Order Status Tracking

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking information.

If you placed your order through your customer account, you can also check its status under „My Account“ → „Orders.“ You can track the shipment’s progress using the courier company’s tracking system.

Terms of Delivery

Orders are prepared and handed over to a courier after they are confirmed. The available shipping methods and their prices are displayed upon completion of the order. For international orders, the service specified for the respective country on the page is used. „Shipping and Payment“.

The international delivery times listed are approximate. For islands and remote areas, delivery may take longer or be subject to restrictions.

Holidays

Delivery times are specified in business days. The day the shipment is handed over to the courier, as well as weekends and official holidays, are not included in the estimated delivery time.

Payment Methods

All prices and payments in the online store are in euros. The available payment methods are displayed when you complete your order:

• For Bulgaria: Online payment by card via Stripe or cash on delivery, when this option is available for the selected shipping method.
• For international orders: Online credit card payment via Stripe. We do not offer cash on delivery for international orders.

When paying online, no additional payment is due to the courier for the order.
