You can place an order and no registration required.

Orders and Deliveries

When you place an order, we process your first name, last name, phone number, email address, shipping address, or other information required for the selected shipping method, as well as information about the products you ordered, the order total, and the order status. If you request an invoice, we also process the data you provide for its issuance.

We use this information to accept and fulfill your order, to contact you if necessary, and to arrange delivery within Bulgaria or to a country of your choice to which we offer delivery. The legal basis is the performance of the purchase agreement. The processing and storage of data in accounting and other required documents is carried out in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Providing the information marked as required when placing an order is necessary for the order to be fulfilled. If you do not provide this information, we will not be able to process the order or deliver the products.

To complete a delivery, we provide the relevant courier with the information needed for the delivery—such as the recipient’s name, phone number, address, or selected pickup location—as well as any other information required to process the shipment.

Payments

For online payments, we use Stripe. The data required to process the card payment is handled by the payment service provider. We receive the information necessary to track and process the payment, such as its status and identifier.

For orders within Bulgaria, cash on delivery may be available. For international orders, we offer online payment via the options listed during the ordering process.

Inquiries via the contact form

When you submit an inquiry via the contact form, we process your first and last name, email address, selected topic, and the content of your message. You may also provide a phone number. We use this information to review your inquiry and respond to you. Requests for Refunds

When you submit the return form, we process your first and last name, email address, order number, the product listed, the reason for the return, information on whether the product has been opened, and the content of your message. The legal basis is the performance of the contract and applicable legal obligations, depending on the specific request.

Please do not use the forms to submit information that is not necessary for processing your inquiry or request.

  • Stripe and other parties involved in processing the selected payment;
