Our chocolates are handmade in Bulgaria. Each one is crafted with care and passion the day before it is shipped to you, so it is as fresh as possible.

Absolutely. We work with ICAM—an Italian company with over 75 years of tradition in producing premium chocolate. In our products, we use only high-quality Italian chocolates and creams, combined with unique but incredibly delicious fillings.

All of our chocolates and Crunch Jars are handmade and shipped fresh—literally made just before they arrive at your doorstep.

They have a shelf life of 6 months from the date of receipt, when stored in a cool, dry place (up to 18°C), away from direct sunlight.

Yes. We stand behind every product we make. If you receive damaged chocolate or something doesn’t meet your expectations—just contact us, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly and with care. Our goal is always to bring you joy.

We recommend storing the chocolates in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. The ideal temperature is between 16–20°C. There is no need to store them in the refrigerator unless it is too hot.
