Nocilata – Sugar-free milk chocolate with hazelnut cream and crunchy hazelnuts

Shipping fees:

For all orders totaling over 80 € Shipping is free. The total value of the contract must reach 80 € after deducting all applicable discounts.

For all other orders, a delivery fee is charged in accordance with the rates of the selected courier company, including applicable VAT.

All orders placed through the online store are delivered by a courier service within 2 business days.

Upon receipt of the shipment

Please open and inspect the chocolates upon receipt.

If any of the chocolate is damaged, please notify the delivery person and do not accept the package—we will send you a new one. If you do not inspect the package upon delivery, we will not be able to replace the product later.

Track Order Status

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking information.

You can check the status of your order in the „My Account” > „Orders“ section of the online store.

You can check the location of your items during shipping using the courier company's tracking system.

Terms of Delivery

Ordered products are delivered within 2 business days via the courier service selected by the merchant. The customer has the right to specify an alternative courier service in the „Order Notes“ field.

Important:

Pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Regulation on Street Vending, the fiscal receipt for the purchase is issued by the supplier of the goods.

For cash-on-delivery payments, the „Postal Money Order“ (PMO) service is used. The customer receives a receipt from the courier company as proof of payment, which serves in place of a sales receipt.

Holidays

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

The merchant reserves the right to change prices and product selection, and to refuse delivery if an item is out of stock.

Payment Methods

All prices in the online store are in euros and are for individual items, unless otherwise specified.

Payment can be made in the following ways:

• Cash on Delivery - upon receipt from the courier.
• Card payments via Stripe – processed online, with no additional charges upon delivery.

All online payments are processed through a secure payment system that ensures a high level of security.
