Shipping Fees<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Shipping is free for all orders over \u20ac80. The total order amount must be at least \u20ac80 after all applicable discounts have been applied.<\/p>

For all other orders, a delivery fee is charged in accordance with the rates of the selected courier company, including applicable VAT.<\/p>

All orders placed through the online store are delivered by a courier service within 2 business days.<\/p>

Delivery in Hot Weather (Summer Surcharge for Insulated Packaging and Ice)<\/strong><\/p>

During the summer months, all orders containing chocolate are shipped in special insulated envelopes with ice packs to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. For this purpose, a fee of \u20ac1.50 per product is added to your order, excluding our Crunch Jars. Since our chocolates are made without preservatives and are sensitive to heat, they may melt if the package is left for an extended period at your door or in your mailbox.<\/p>

Please pick up the package as soon as it arrives<\/strong> \u2013 Keep an eye on the SMS and email notifications from the courier and make sure someone is at the address on the day of delivery.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Please open and inspect the chocolates upon receipt.<\/strong><\/p>

If any of the chocolate is damaged, please notify the delivery person and do not accept the package\u2014we will send you a new one. If you do not inspect the package upon delivery, we will not be able to replace the product later.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number and tracking information.<\/p>\n

You can check the status of your order in the \u201eMy Account\u201d > \u201eOrders\u201c section of the online store.<\/p>\n

You can check the location of your items during shipping using the courier company's tracking system.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Ordered products are delivered within 2 business days via the courier service selected by the merchant. The customer has the right to specify an alternative courier service in the \u201eOrder Notes\u201c field.<\/p>

Pursuant to Article 25, paragraph 2, of the Regulation on Street Vending, the fiscal receipt for the purchase is issued by the supplier of the goods.<\/p>

For cash-on-delivery payments, the \u201ePostal Money Order\u201c (PMO) service is used. The customer receives a receipt from the courier company as proof of payment, which serves in place of a sales receipt.<\/p>

Any shipments that are delivered but not claimed by the buyer within 3 business days will be returned.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
