We are committed to the quality of our products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of the goods we offer\u2014food products\u2014returns are only possible if the following conditions are met:<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

When can you return a product?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Within 14 days of receiving the merchandise, the consumer has the right to return or exchange it only in the following cases:<\/p>

  1. The wrong product was delivered<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if you received an item different from the one you ordered.<\/li>
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if there is visible damage to the packaging or the product itself that occurred prior to delivery.<\/li>
  3. The product's expiration date has passed<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if, upon receipt, you find that the expiration date has passed.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Important: When can a product NOT be returned?\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    According to Article 57, item 5 of the Consumer Protection Act,\u00a0Food items cannot be returned<\/strong>, if:<\/p>

    • The package has been opened<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept returns of products whose original packaging has been tampered with.<\/p><\/li>

    • There are signs of use<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Products that have been partially or fully consumed cannot be returned.<\/p><\/li>

    • The product was stored improperly<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 if you have not followed the recommended storage conditions.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Return Procedure\n<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      If the product meets the return criteria, follow these steps:<\/p>

      1. Contact Us<\/strong>\u00a0Contact us using the information provided (phone or email) and describe the reason for the return.<\/p><\/li>

      2. Send the product<\/strong>\u00a0to the address we provided; it must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.<\/p><\/li>

      3. Review and Approval<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or denied.<\/p><\/li>

      4. Refund<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 If the refund is approved, the amount will be refunded via bank transfer within 14 business days.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

        • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the error was on our part (wrong item, defective product, or expired product).<\/p><\/li>

        • When exchanging a product, the customer is also responsible for the shipping costs of the new shipment.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
